摘要
教育研究是促进教育事业发展的动力之源,教师是教育改革和发展中最基本、最活跃的因素,是科研兴教的实践者、是教育研究主体。教师成为研究者,这不仅有利于教育教学质量的提高,更有利于教师的专业成长。笔者立足于教师是教育研究的主体,着重分析了教师教育研究的特点及能力。
Educational research is the source of power for the promotion of the development of the cause of education. Teachers are the most fundamental and the most active factor in the reform and development education. They are the practitioners of the policy of reviving education through beneficial to the improvement of the educational quality, scientific research. Teachers' devotion to research is not only but also beneficial to the teachers' professional growth.
