竹原纤维织物染整工艺探讨

Wet processing of new fabric made from bamboo fiber

针对竹原纤维织物的染整加工特性,提出一套实际生产上的前处理、染色和后整理工艺。指出酸洗及丝光浓度不宜过高,以免损伤强力;可采用平幅长车或卷染加工;活性染料汽蒸固色,最后进行酶洗或树脂整理。

This paper introduces the characteristics of new fabric made from bamboo fiber. Based on practical application, the pretreatment, dyeing and finishing process for bamboo fabric are defined, key points for attention are put forward, including dilute acid treatment for bamboo skin removal, control of alkali concentration in bleaching for preventing the strength reduction, open width or jig dyeing, reactive fixation in steaming phase, as well as resin finishing or enzyme washing.
