摘要
采用“中和-混凝-SBR”法处理某牛仔布厂印染废水,处理能力为120 m3/d。介绍了该处理工艺流程、特点和控制,并分析了每立方米废水的处理成本。经该法处理后,出水水质稳定,并达到污水排放一级标准。
The wastewater from dyeing mills features high concentration,high color and high content of organics difficult to degrade. The use of only chemical method or biological method does not give good results of treatment. A neutralisation plus coagulating plus sequencing batch reactor method was used by a jean mill in Jiangyin in the treatment of the wastewater from the dyeing process with a design capacity of 120 m^3/d. The CODcr, BOD5, SS and colourity of the inlet water were 700 - 92 000 mg/L,400 -600 mg/L,150 - 200mg/L and 100 - 200 times respectively, The outlet water steadily reached the standard for the first-class of fluent water through the treatment. The process characteristics, process control and economic index have been studied.
