Design of Multi-Port Communication Module for Radar Level Gauge

雷达液位仪是一种非接触式的高精度液位测量仪表。针对现有雷达液位仪的通信方式比较单一的现状,设计了一种多端口的通信模块,使得雷达液位仪同时具有CAN总线、工业以太网等接口功能。给出了硬软件的设计方案,为组建基于CAN总线和工业以太网的液位测量网络系统打下了基础。实验表明,该通信模块具有结构简单,工作稳定可靠、通信速率高等特点。

Radar level gauge is a contactless high-precision level gauge. The Communication mode of radar level gauge is simple now, A kind of multi-port communication module is designed which made radar level gauge have CAN bus and industrial Ethemet interface. The design schemes of hardware and software are presented. The work accomplished in the paper is advantageous to the realization of level measurement system based on CAN bus and industrial Ethemet. Experiments indicate that the communication module has some merits such as simplicity, reliability and high communication rate.
