摘要
采用西屋公司温度场计算程序和上海交通大学自主开发的计算程序对300 MW机组汽轮机转子温度场和应力进行计算,且就高压转子体积平均温度和应力计算结果进行分析比较,结论是两种计算程序所得到的体平均温度相对误差均小于1.5%,说明上海交通大学自主开发的转子在线寿命管理程序的温度场和应力场计算已经达到了制造厂家提供的要求精度。该计算程序可用于对原DEH系统进行改造或进行机组寿命管理。
The temperature and stress fields computing program developed by Westhouse Company and the same kind of program developed by Shanghai Jiaotong University were both appliedto compute the temperature and stress fields of the steam turbine rotor for a 300 MW unit, and the resuhs of the volume average temperature and stress computation for high pressure rotors were compared, The conclusion is that the relative errors of volume average temperature computed by the two programs are both less than 1.5%, indicating that the on-line life management program for rotors self-developed by Shanghai Jiaotong University reaches the accuracy requirement of Westhouse Company in temperature and stress fields computation. The program can be used for the original DEH system retrofit and unit life management.
