摘要
研究了以甲基叔丁基醚为烷基化剂合成对叔丁基邻苯二酚,探讨了工艺条件对反应结果的影响,并通过正交试验选择最佳反应条件,得出反应温度为110℃,反应时间为2.5 h,邻苯二酚与MTBE和H2SO4的摩尔比为1∶1.5∶1.225时,对叔丁基邻苯二酚的收率可达到72.26%.
The process of preparation for the p-tert-butylcatechol is studied, while methyl t-butylether is used as alkylation agent. The effect of process parameters on reaction result is researched. The optimum condition of the reaction is obtained by orthogonal experiment,when reaction temperature is 110 ℃,reaction time is 2.5 h, the molar ratio of catechol to MTBE and HzSO4 is 1 : 1.5: 1. 225,the yield of the TBC is above 72.26%.
