爆破采石对花岗岩荒料强度的影响

摘要 石材荒料可以通过爆破获得,爆破对石材荒料的结构和强度是有不良影响的,爆破会导致石材荒料内部裂隙、微裂隙、超微裂隙的产生,会导致石材荒料力学性能的改变和强度的降低,进而对石材荒料的深加工产生不利影响,同时,也会影响石材制品的性能和使用。通过对花岗岩荒料爆破采石问题的实验研究,结合实验室强度测试,初步总结出了爆破采石对花岗岩荒料强度的影响规律。 Generally, the raw stone was quarried by demolition. The demolition can exert harmful effects on structure and strength of the raw stone. The demolition can resulted in crevice, micro-crevice, and mieromiero-ereviee within the raw stone. Also, it can impair the better working of the raw stone, function and use of stone products. According to result of a test of quarried stone by demolition and tests of tensile strength of raw stone, the law of influence of quarried stone by demolition on the tensile strength of raw stone of the granite has been given.
