伴发躯体疾病的住院流浪精神病人临床对照分析

Controlled analysis of the clinical feature of wandering mental disorder with general medical conditions

目的:探讨伴发躯体疾病的住院流浪精神病人临床特征。方法:将228例住院流浪精神病人按伴发躯体疾病与否分为研究组(伴发躯体疾病)和对照组,用自编《住院流浪精神病人一般情况调查表》进行回顾性调查统计及分析。结果:躯体疾病以皮肤软组织损伤、感染性疾病、营养不良、传染病、骨折等占前几位。研究组:各项目资料不全者比例较高(P<0.05);由慢性病防治院送入方式较多(P<0.01);入院直接原因以脏臭流浪、少语少动、扰乱交通较多,而在言语紊乱包括骂人高歌方面较少(P<0.05);医疗费用由慢性病防治院记帐付费较多,但家属付费者更少(P<0.01)。精神病院总体亏损明显。结论:流浪精神病人伴发各种躯体疾病多见,对自身及社会危害大,应引起有关决策部门重视及妥善处理。

Objective：To explore the clinical feature of wandering mental disorder with general medical conditions. Methods： 228 wandering mental disorder in -patients were divided into two groups according to whether or not they had general medical conditions. Those had general medical conditions as research group and no general medical conditions as control group, Using self - edit 〈 general condition survey inventory of wandering mental disorder in - patients 〉 , we made retrospective statistics and analysis. Results： The general medical conditions mostly were skin parenchyma scathe, infection disease, malnutrition and fracture and so on. In research group ： the patients had lack of more data （ P 〈 0.05 ） , had more transfer from chronic dispensary （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the reason of the patients direct in hospital mostly were dirty wanderingers, less talk and movement and disturb traffic, whereas disorganized speech include call names and loudly sing less（ P 〈0.05 ） ;the payment of medical treatment expense mostly kept business records by chronic dispensary, whereas the patients＇relatives pay the expense lesser（ P 〈0.01 ）. In general, the mental hospitals apparently were in the red. Conclusions： The wandering mental disorder patients have more general medical conditions that are harm to them and society, should be recognized by decision -making department and proper management.
