精神分裂症患者的MMPI结果分析

Analysis on MMPI Test Results of Schizophrenics

目的:了解精神分裂症患者的个性特征,为临床心理干预提供依据。方法:采用明尼苏达多项个性调查表(MMPI),对65例精神分裂症患者进行评定,与国内常模比较。结果:量表L、F、K、Hs、D、Pd、M f、Pa、Pt、Sc、Ma分值高于常模(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者的个性特征及各量表相关,而且测验成绩差的病人其疗效和预后均较差。

Objective： To study the personality characteristics associated with schicophrenics and collect reference data for clinical psychological intervention. Methods ：65 patients were tested with MMPI and then contrasted with chinese normals. Results： The result of MMPI showed that their scoreswere higher than the normal regarding L,F ,K,Hs,D, Pd,Mf,Pa,Pt,Sc,Ma and si（P 〈0.05）. Conclusions： To study the personality characteristics associated with schizophrenics and correlation, scale for clinical. And the patients with lower performance also have less good curative effects and prognosis.
