确立学校德育的资源意识

On the Resources Awareness of Higher Education Moral Cultivation

各种社会理论已经综合地指向了人的发展,学校德育作为个人和社会发展必不可少的资源具有重要意义,这种特殊的教育资源有非物质性、不可替代性、社会历史性、无限增值性等特征,其社会功能表现为政治上的导向与保证、经济上的激励与协调、文化上的濡化与开发,其个体功能有净化功能、增值功能、成长功能等。应该树立学校德育的资源意识,重视资源的利用和开发,从而最大限度地发挥学校德育的功效。

The author holds that the development of individual human beings and the significance of moral cultivation of the society are closely related, the resources imbedded in the individuals are nonmaterial, irreplaceable, socially and historically motivated, and increasing in value, namely, the political orientation, economic initiative, and cultural immersion are the potential resources that all higher educational institutions need to develop to the highest possible extent in the moral construction of the students.
