摘要
目的:研究瑶药石斑树根的挥发性成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取石斑树根的挥发油,并用GC-MS进行测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构检定,应用色谱面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。结果:从石斑树根中检定出25个化学成分,其中相对百分含量大于5%的分别为双[2-甲基丙基]-1,2,-二羧酸苯酯、1,2-邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、十六烷酸、9,12-十八烷二烯酸。结论:25个挥发性成分均为首次从该植物中得到,挥发油中近87%的成分已查清。
Objectie: To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Photinia pyunifolia Lindl.Methods: The oil was obtained by steam distillation. The chemical compositions were separated and identified by GC/MS. The relative contents in the oil were determined by area normalization method. Results: twentyfive compounds were gotten from Photinia pyunifolia Lindl.. The compounds of its relative content that was more than 5 % were as follows: 1,2 - Benzenedicarboylic acid, bis(2 - methylpropyl) ester, 1,2 - Benzenedicarboylic acid, dibutyl ester, Hexadecanoic acid,9, 12- Octadecadienoic acid. Conclusion: Twenty - five constituents was obtained firstly from this plant. Volatile oil by steam distillation from Photinia pyunifolia Lindl. was separated and ideutified up to 87 percent in component analysis.
