Study on chemicai constituents of volatile oil from Photinia pyunifolia Lindl

目的:研究瑶药石斑树根的挥发性成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取石斑树根的挥发油,并用GC-MS进行测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构检定,应用色谱面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。结果:从石斑树根中检定出25个化学成分,其中相对百分含量大于5%的分别为双[2-甲基丙基]-1,2,-二羧酸苯酯、1,2-邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、十六烷酸、9,12-十八烷二烯酸。结论:25个挥发性成分均为首次从该植物中得到,挥发油中近87%的成分已查清。

Objectie： To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Photinia pyunifolia Lindl.Methods： The oil was obtained by steam distillation. The chemical compositions were separated and identified by GC/MS. The relative contents in the oil were determined by area normalization method. Results： twentyfive compounds were gotten from Photinia pyunifolia Lindl.. The compounds of its relative content that was more than 5 % were as follows： 1,2 - Benzenedicarboylic acid, bis（2 - methylpropyl） ester, 1,2 - Benzenedicarboylic acid, dibutyl ester, Hexadecanoic acid,9, 12- Octadecadienoic acid. Conclusion： Twenty - five constituents was obtained firstly from this plant. Volatile oil by steam distillation from Photinia pyunifolia Lindl. was separated and ideutified up to 87 percent in component analysis.
