健择联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

Gemcitabine combined with cisplatin in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的 观察健择（GEM）加顺铂（DDP）联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌，临床疗效及毒副反应。方法 健择1000mg／m。静滴30min第1、8天。顺铂40mg静滴，第1、2、3天。每21～28天为1周期，2周期后评价疗效及毒副反应。结果 临床疗效：50例患者均接受2个周期化疗。其中CR：0例，PR：24例，NC：19例，PD：7例，总有效率为48％，其中Ⅲb期有效率为53-8％（15／28），Ⅳ期有效率为40．9％（9／22）。结论 健择加顺铂联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效确切，副作用较少，是一种值得推荐的化疗方案。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of using gemcitabine （GEM） combined with cisplatin （DDP） in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its side effects. Methods Gemcitabine 1000 mg/m^2 was dripped for 30 minutes at the 1 st and at the 8th days. Cisplatin 40 mg was dripped athe l st, 2nd and 3rd days of the chemotherapy. Every 21 to 28 days represented a treatment cycle. After two cycles of the chemotherapy, the curative effects and adverse reactions were evaluated. Results All 50 patients were through 2 cycles of the chemotherapy. There was no case of CR, and there were 24 cases of PR, 19 cases of NC, 7 cases of PD with an overall effective rate being 48. 0%. The overall response rates were 53.8% （15/28） in Stage Ⅲb and 40.9% （9/22） in Stage Ⅳ patients. Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with cisplatin as the chemotherapy is very effective in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer. It has few adverse reaction. It is a recommended regimen for treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients.
