动脉血气标本采集的研究

Research on artery blood gas sample collection

目的探讨动脉血气标本的采集。方法严格无菌技术,选择合适的抗凝剂及采血部位,立即送检,避免震荡,是合格标本的关键。结果350例中成功率96.5%,无一例局部出血和感染,其中因烦燥不安穿刺不成功的2例,误入静脉5例,进入空气3例,标本溶血2例。结论动脉血气标本采集有特殊要求,要认真做好每一环节,才能提高采集的成功率,为指导临床及时纠正酸碱平衡,挽救病人生命起到重要作用。

Objective To explore the countermeasure in nursing care when samples of artery blood gas were collected. Methods The key procedure in the sample collection included the use of strict non - bacteria techniques, choice of appropriate gelation inhibitor, proper position when blood was drawn, immediate sample testing and avoidance of shaking of the sample. All the steps in the procedure were followed in the study. Results For the total of 350 eases, the overall success rate was 96.5%. There was no case of bleeding or infection. Among those unsuccessful, there were 2 cases of dysthesia, 3 cases of excessive air, and 2 of hemolysis. Conclusion There are several specific requirements in the sample collection for artery blood gas analysis. Every step should be taken seriously so as to correct acid-base imbalance, increase success rate and save patients＇ life.
