摘要 利用轻工业生产用厂房进行芽苗蔬菜半封闭、立体、无土栽培,是传统农业生产与工业集约化规模生产相结合的一种新型生产方式。其所需生产设施主要包括:厂房、多层立体栽培架、产品集装架、栽培容器及基质、喷淋装置等。文中还对生产设施规格、适宜栽培环境条件及栽培管理技术提出了规范和标准。芽苗蔬菜工业化生产方式及栽培具有投资少、收益大、可保证均衡生产周年供应等优点。其产品无任何污染。 Sprouting vegetables can be produced in disused light industry workshops through semi-closed, spatial and soilless culture. It is a new production method combined tradition with intensive production. Facilities required include workshops, multistory shelves, product storage shelves, culture containers and medium, sprinklers ect. This paper describes facility specifications, optimum culture environments and standards of culture management. The industrialized sprouting vegetable production has advantages of small investment, high profits and balanced production around the year. The products from this method have no pollution and completely meet the requirements for`` Green food'.
