论政治因素与奥林匹克运动的相互制约与影响

On Mutual Restriction and Influence of Political Factors and Olympic Movement

对政治因素制约奥林匹克运动发展的主要形式进行分析。认为既有战争、恐怖主义等外部政治因素的影响,又有反对种族主义等内部政治因素的影响。提出了灵活运用“非政治化”原则,实现奥林匹克运动与政治的双赢等奥林匹克运动对政治的反制约措施,旨在为奥林匹克运动的健康发展和北京奥运会的顺利举行提供有益的借鉴。

This article analyzes the main forms of which political factors restrict development of Olympic movement. It shows that both exterior political factors such as the war, the terrorism and internal political factor such as the opposition racism influence the development of Olympic movement. It proposes that realization of double win of Olympic movement and politics must use nimbly the principle of ＂the non-politics＂, which is counter-restriction measure. Purpose is to provide the beneficial model for Olympics movement health development and holding Beijing Olympic Games smoothly.
