摘要 目的:了解不同强度跑台运动以及运动和雌激素联合作用对去卵巢大鼠血清钙磷水平的影响。方法:3月龄雌性SD大鼠去卵巢分正常对照组(SHAM)、骨质疏松对照组(OVX)、雌激素对照组(OVX+ES)、低强度运动组(OVX+EX1)、低强度运动加雌激素组(OVX+EX1+ES)、中等强度运动组(OVX+EX2)、中等强度运动加雌激素组(OVX+EX2+ES)、大强度运动组(OVX+EX3)、大强度运动加雌激素组(OVX+EX3+ES),用生化的方法,研究8周的低强度(8m/min)、中等强度(18m/min)和大强度(28m/min)跑台运动以及运动和雌激素联合作用对大鼠血清钙磷水平的影响。结果:去卵巢组和3个强度的单纯运动组与正常组相比血钙浓度降低(P<0.05),4个去卵巢组组间差异无显著性意义;血磷降低无显著性意义。各补充雌激素组与骨质疏松对照组相比血钙升高(P<0.05),4组组间血钙差异无显著性意义。结论:无论去卵巢大鼠是否补充雌激素,3种强度的运动对血钙无影响。 Object:To probe into the effect of combination of different intensity exercise and estrogen on the serum levels of calcium and phosphate. Methods: 72 female SD rats which were 3 months old, were either sham-operated (SHAM) or ovariectomized(OVX) and assigned as follows: SHAM, OVX, OVX + ES (ovariectomy with estrogen administration), OVX + EX1, OVX + EX2, OVX + EX3, OVX + EX1 + ES, OVX + EX2 + ES, and OVX + EX3 + ES. The serum levels of calcium and phosphate were tested after a period of 1h/day, 5days/week for 8weeks treadmill training with the speed of 8m/min (EX1), 18m/min(EX2) and 28m/min(EX3) using the biochemical method. Results: Compared with Sham, the serum levels of calcium in groups of OVX and three individual exercises decreased( P〈 0.05 ) while there has no significant differences within groups. The changes of phosphate had no significances( P 〉 0.05 ). Compared with OVX, the serum levels of calcium in groups of OVX + ES and three combination groups increased( P〈 0.05), also there has no significant differences within 4 groups. Conclusion : It has no significant response of serum calcium to exercise in rats with or without estrogen administration.
