摘要
从衰老的自由基学说,神经-内分泌-免疫网络学说,线粒体DNA损伤学说及遗传程序学说等方面对衰老的机理进行综述,并着重探讨了运动对衰老的影响。提出长期适量的运动能提高抗氧化物酶活性,促进自由基的消除;改善神经-内分泌-免疫网络的调节功能;减少线粒体DNA损伤,提高线粒体功能等,最终延缓衰老的进程,提高老年人的生活质量。
This article sums up senescent mechanism from following aspects: free radical theory, nerves-endocrine-immunologic network theory, mitochondrial DNA damaged theory and heredity programmed theory. The authors mainly discuss the effect of exercise to senile, and raise the suggestion that the long-term appropriat exercises can increase the old people's life quanlity and postpone senescent progress by raising activity of anti-oxidise promoting to eliminate free radical, improving the regulating function of nerves-endocrine-immunologic network and decreasing mitochondrial DNA damaged by increasing its function.
