体育新课程下的中小学体育教师培训的“4W”理论与实践 被引量:4

摘要 体育新课程培训是当前中小学体育教师培训的热点。采用文献法和专家访谈法,研究体育新课程下的教师培训,以期保证新课程的顺利实施。结果表明:体育新课程下的体育教师培训重点应是教育教学观念的转变、实践性知识、教育机智、批判与反思能力;培训师资应熟知培训和教育教学理论,并具有中小学体育教学经验;培训应形成以任职学校为主阵地的,校外培训点积极参加的、开放的培训基地;培训的安排应建立在培训需求评估、培训主题的确立、培训目标的制定、培训程序的选择与设计、培训的实施、培训的评价6大系统之上。 The training of new curriculum of P. E. is a hotspot of current primary and secondary school P. E. teachers training. Study on teachers training is to implement new curricula successfully. Methods of documents and expert interview were mainly adopted in this paper. Conclusions are as follows: the emphases of P. E. teachers training new curriculum of P. E. should be the change of education and teaching ideas, practical knowledge, education wittiness, animadversion and anti-think ability. The training teachers should be familiar with education and teaching theory, have primary and secondary school teaching practice. Training is done mainly in working-school. Out-school training places should participate positively and be open. The training's arrangement should establish on six systems including training needs evaluation, the establishment of training topic, the establishment of training targets, choice and design of training procedure, the practice of training and training evaluation.
