实证习武与人类寿命的辩证关系——兼谈全民健身背景下的太极拳实用保健价值

摘要 以对沈阳市四大公园常年坚持习武的中老年人相关调查资料为基础,运用辩证的方法论证习武与人类寿命的相互关系。研究认为:武术的健身功能是毫无疑义的,习武与长寿的基本关系,与习武规律、习武方法、交手伤力有关;人的寿命长短与武术水平高低并没有必然联系;作为保健手段的太极拳将成为21世纪群众体育的新时尚,结合高科技的应用,太极拳的保健功能会得到充分释放,并与人的寿命联系更加密切,造福于全人类。 Using on-the-spot survey materials of middle-aged and old people who exercise Wnshu perennially in the four parks in Shenyang city, this thesis arguments the relationship between exercise Wushu and life span. It argues that there is no doubt that Wushu exercise has the health function. The relationship between exercise Wushu and life span concerning the regularity of exercising Wushu, the method of exercising Wushu and whether are suffered injuries in Wushu match. As a method of keeping fitness, Tianjiquan will become one of the new mass sports style in twenty-first century. Taijiquan's health function will be full displayed when it combines with hi-tech. And it will prolong people's life span, as well as service for the people.
