一氧化氮在2型糖尿病周围神经病变中的作用 被引量:8

摘要 目的:初步了解2型糖尿病伴周围神经病变患者血清一氧化氮水平的变化及其关系。方法:测定100例2型糖尿病患者和50例健康人的血清一氧化氮水平,分析其与2型糖尿病相关指标及胫后神经传导速度的相关性。结果:①2型糖尿病患者血清一氧化氮水平与病程显著负相关;②伴有糖尿病周围神经病的2型糖尿病患者,血清一氧化氮水平较无糖尿病周围神经病者显著降低(P<0.01);伴轻度糖尿病周围神经病者与中、重度者相比,血清一氧化氮水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:①2型糖尿病患者血清一氧化氮水平的变化是一个随病程变化的过程。②血清一氧化氮水平与糖尿病周围神经病的发生密切相关;与糖尿病周围神经病的发展无明显关系。 Objective To study the change of serum nitric oxide level in patients with diabetic peripheral neurology. Methods The serum concentration of nitric oxide was examined in type 2 diabetics (n = 100) and those accompanied with diabetic peripheral neurology (n = 50)and without diabetic peripheral neurology (n=50). Results ① The serum nitric oxide level in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (0~1 year) was higher than that in the control group ;and it showed a declining trend in the process of diabetes mellitus and was significantly lower in the middle and late stages of diabetes mellitus than the control.②The serum nitric oxide level was significantly lower in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy than in those without diabetic peripheral neuropathy(P〈0.01) ,but there was no difference between the diabetics with mild diabetic peripheral neuropathy and severe diabetic peripheral neuropathy (P〉0. 05). Conclusion ① Serum nitric oxide level in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients has a descending change in the progression of the disease. ② Serum nitric oxide level is closely related with the occurrence of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,but has no obvious association with its progression.
