摘要 RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是一种由双链RNA介导的基因沉默现象。RNAi主要发生在核外,RNAi具有操作简便快速等特点。RNAi现象自发现至今已逾10年,在此期间,已将研究重点由机理研究转向应用研究。文章以RNAi的应用为重点,从RNAi的起源、可能的作用机制、作用特点、研究方法、应用前景及展望等方面进行了综述。 RNA interference(RNAi) is a phenomenon of gene silence induced by double stranded. RNAi was confirmed mainly acting out of karyon till now. RNAi technique possesses easy and quick characteristics. It was found for over ten years ,then shifted focus onto it's application. This paper is mainly related to the application of RNAi in resent years, at the same time,the history,mechanism and character of RNAi as well as the method and advance of RNAi research were reviewed.
