在当今信息时代,公平,特别是信息公平是公共管理的重大价值目标,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。我们要针对导致信息不公平的客观因素,采取切实可行的对策,消除数字鸿沟,建立有效的公民知情权保护机制、政务公开保障机制,推进公共图书馆建设,实现信息公平与社会和谐,提升公共管理水平。

In this information age, equity, especially information equity, is an important value objective in public management, and a necessary demand for building a harmonious society as well. Facing objective factors leading up to information injustice, we should adopt feasible measures to eliminate digital gaps, to establish an effective protective mechanism for the citizens＇ right to know the troth, to establish an ensuring organism for the openness of government affairs, to advance the building of public libraries, to realize information equity and social harmony and to upgrade the levels of public management.
