国产雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架在老年急性心肌梗死患者急诊冠状动脉介入治疗中的应用

The application of domestic produced drug-eluting stent(Firebird TM) in elder patients with acute myocardial infarction treated by primary percutaneous coronary intervention

目的探讨国产雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架(FirebirdTM)在老年急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)中应用的安全性和有效性。方法对80例年龄≥70(74.4±5.2)岁AMI患者的罪犯血管病变行急诊PCI治疗,共置入FirebirdTM97枚。结果78例介入治疗成功,失败2例。术中发生边支闭塞2例,慢血流3例,术后大出血致失血性休克1例,亚急性血栓形成1例,1例术后1周死于心脏破裂。随访1～6个月,3例复发心绞痛再次住院治疗,无其余主要不良心脏事件发生。结论FirebirdTM在老年AMI患者的急诊PCI中应用有较好的安全性和有效性。

Objective To investigate the feasibility, safety and efficacy of domestic produced drug-eluting stent （Firebird TM）implanting in elder patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI） treated by primary pereutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods 80 patients aged 70 and older with AMI were treated by primary PCI for the culprit lesions. Results 97 domestic produced drug-eluting stentts （Firebird TM）were successfully implanted on 78 culprit lesions and 2 lesions failed. 2 cases had side-branch occlusion and 3 had slow-flow in culprit lesions during operation.1 patient had major bleeding, 1 had subacute thrombosis in culprit lesion and 1 died of cardiac rupture after procedure. 3 patients were re-hospitalized because of recurrence of angina during 1-6 month follow-up periods. Conclusion Implanting domestic produced drug-eluting stent （FirebirdTM） in elder patients with AMI treated by primary PCI was safe and effective.
