正交设计优选冰片β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究β-环糊精包合冰片的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交实验设计,以包合率和包合物收率为指标评价包合工艺。结果:优选出包合物工艺为,冰片与β-环糊精重量比为1:6,包合温度为60℃,包合时间为1 h。结论:此工艺简单,稳定,包合率和包合物收率高,适于工业化生产。 Objective: To study the preparation of borneol-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound. Method: It was studied with orthogonal design, the inclusion rate of borneol and yield of inclusion compound were used as criteria in the test. Result: The best way to prepare inclusion compound was as follow: the weight ratio between borneol and β-CD is 1:6, temperature is 60℃, reaction time is 1 h. Conclusion: This method is simple, stable . The inclusion rate of bemeol and the yield of inclusion compound are higher. It can be used for the production in industry.
