高效液相色谱法测定羧甲司坦片的含量

Determination of Carbocisteine Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定羧甲司坦片的含量。方法:色谱柱为岛津VP-ODS C18柱(150 mm×4．6 mm,5μm);流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液pH 3．0;流速0．8 ml·min-1;检测波长210 nm。结果:羧甲司坦在5-25μg·ml-1浓度范围内,线性关系良好(r=0．999 5),平均回收率为99．5％,RSD为0．6％(n=5)。结论:本法简便、快速,结果准确,重现性好,可用于羧甲司坦片的含量测定。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of Carbocisteine tablets. Method： The VP-ODS C18 column（ 150 mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used, The mobile phase was phosphate buffer solution（ pH 3.0） ,The detection wavelength was 210 nm ;The flow rate was 0.8 ml. min^ - 1 Result： The linear range of carbocisteine was 5-25 μg. ml^- 1 （ r = 0.999 5 ）. The average recovery was 99.5% with RSD 0.6% （n =5）. Conclusion： The method is accurate and good reproducible, and can be applied in quantitative determination of Carbocisteine tablets.
