摘要
目的:研究处方中各组分对氢氯噻嗪分散片的影响及其制备工艺。方法:以崩解时限为指标,采用正交设计试验,对氢氯噻嗪分散片处方进行筛选并考察了溶出度及稳定性。结果:按优化处方制备的氢氯噻嗪分散片,可在1 min内完全崩解,稳定性好。结论:氢氯噻嗪分散片其体外溶出度明显优于普通片。
Objective： To examine the effects of the ingredients on hydrochlorothiazide dispersible tablets and prepare of hydrochlorothiazide dispersible tablets. Method： The prescription of hydrochlorothiazide dispersible tablets were optimized in terms of disintegrating time by the orthogonal design test. Result： The optimized hydrochlorothiazide dispersible tablets disintegrated within 1 min. Conclusion： The in vitro dissolution of the optimized dispersible tablets are better than that of common tablets.
