摘要 目的:研究处方中各组分对氢氯噻嗪分散片的影响及其制备工艺。方法:以崩解时限为指标,采用正交设计试验,对氢氯噻嗪分散片处方进行筛选并考察了溶出度及稳定性。结果:按优化处方制备的氢氯噻嗪分散片,可在1 min内完全崩解,稳定性好。结论:氢氯噻嗪分散片其体外溶出度明显优于普通片。 Objective: To examine the effects of the ingredients on hydrochlorothiazide dispersible tablets and prepare of hydrochlorothiazide dispersible tablets. Method: The prescription of hydrochlorothiazide dispersible tablets were optimized in terms of disintegrating time by the orthogonal design test. Result: The optimized hydrochlorothiazide dispersible tablets disintegrated within 1 min. Conclusion: The in vitro dissolution of the optimized dispersible tablets are better than that of common tablets.
