摘要
目的:观察注射用齐多夫定(0．1 g)iv给药后对动物引起的过敏反应。方法:以氯化钠注射液为溶剂,制成每1 ml中约含齐多夫定1 mg的溶液,作为供试药液;以人血白蛋白作为阳性对照组;以0．9％氯化钠注射液作为阴性对照组,进行全身过敏性试验。结果:注射用齐多夫定与0．9％氯化钠注射液一样在豚鼠静脉给药后15 min内,均未出现全身性过敏反应。结论:注射用齐多夫定的全身过敏性试验为阴性。
Objective. To observation the allergic reaction of intravenously administrated zidovudine in guinea pigs. Method： Zidovudine saline （ 1 mg. ml^-1） as test solution was tested, human serum albumin as positive control, saline as placebo. Result： There were no allergic reaction occured 15 minutes after the administration both in test solution end placebo end in the all test objects. Condusion： The allergic test of intravenously administrated zidovudine is negative.
