2002～2004年我院抗肿瘤药物利用分析

Analysis on Use of Antitumour Drugs

目的:分析我院3年来抗肿瘤药的应用情况,为该类药物的研究、生产、销售和临床合理应用提供参考。方法:统计分析我院3年抗肿瘤药的销售金额、剂型、类别,并对抗肿瘤药的DUI值进行分析。结果:3年来抗肿瘤药销售金额呈上升趋势。主要为注射剂,其它类和抗肿瘤辅助药的销售金额占6成以上。24种药品中有11种DUI值超过1．0。结论:我院抗肿瘤药的使用是否合理需要经一步探讨。

Objective： To analyse the administration of the antitumour drug used. Method： The sum of sale, kinds and category of drags ,and DUI were analysed for 3 years. Result： The sum of sale on antitumour drugs were ascended for 3 years, The majority was injections, the sum of sale on else and assistant antitumour drugs account about 60 percent, Eleven kinds in 24 kinds DUI were exceed 1.0. But the side effect on these drugs is small. Conclusion： Further discussions is need.
