摘要
通过对尾矿浆物化性质的研究,查明了铝土矿正浮选尾矿浆沉降难度大的根本原因,找到了合适的尾矿浆沉降处理剂及处理方法。采用助沉剂与絮凝剂联合使用的沉降新工艺,同时利用浓密机+深锥高效沉降槽设备,使尾矿浆浓度提高到45%以上、尾矿溢流浮游物降低到1g/l以下、尾矿水可全部综合利用。
After studying physics- chemical character of the tailing slurry and discovering the basic reason why it is very difficult to settle down the tailing slurry of the bauxite forward flotation, a available treatment reagent and method for the tailing slurry were found out. Adopting the settling aid and flocculant, adding the thickeners and the deep cone high rate settling thickeners, the concentration of the tailing slurry has been increased to more than 45%, the suspension in the tailing overflow decreased to less than 1g/1, and the tailing water can be totally used.
