By analysis of the format, the characteristic and the cause of our country＇ s local finance risk, 1 put forward the countenneasures of preventing local finance risk such as enhancing the consciousness of risk and reasonably restricting the government＇s function. I also discuss the establishment of local finance risk＇s mechanism putting forward early and the methods of releasing local finance risk in our country.
