摘要
针对当前解码器和发动机综合诊断仪都比较昂贵的状况,探索了一种应用于电喷发动机故障诊断的快速、经济的方法。以上止点位置传感器为例,模拟其发生故障时发动机性能发生的变化,用数字存储示波器采集其输出信号波形并运用计算机软件进行分析处理。结果表明:用波形分析法诊断上止点位置传感器的故障是可行、有效的;使用示波器对电喷发动机进行故障诊断是一种快速经济、切实可行的方法。
According to the condition that the decode equipment and engine diagnosis apparatus are expensive, this paper explores a quick and economic method which can be used in fault diagnosis of electronic controlled engine. The position sensor of TDC is set for an example. The fault diagnosis of it and the change of engine's performance are simulated. Digital oscilloscope and computer software are used to analyze engine position sensor 's waveforms. The results indicate that using wavelet to diagnose engine position is feasible and effective; using oscilloscope to diagnose the electronic controlled engine is a quick, economic and feasible method. 7 tabs, 5 figs, 7 refs.
