摘要
随着水资源的日益短缺,节水灌溉技术的推广已成为农业可持续发展的必然选择。运用信息经济学、微观经济学及产权经济学的观点,分析推广节水灌溉技术过程中存在的问题以及影响节水灌溉需求的因素,指出需通过建立合理的水价机制、水权交易机制及补贴优惠政策激励节水灌溉技术的推广。
Spreading water saving irrigation technology has become inevitable choice for the sustainable development of agriculture because of increasingly scarcity of water resources. On the basis of resource economics, property economics, information economics, microeconomics and sustainable development theory, this thesis analyzed the problems in the process of spreading water-saving irrigation technology and the influence factors for demand of water-saving irrigation technology. The authors pointed out that reasonable incentive mechanism, such as water price, water property, and government compensation, should be set up to spread watersaving irrigation technology.
