Determination of puerarin in puerariae radix dripping pills by HPLC

目的:建立葛根滴丸中葛根素含量的测定方法。方法:以30％乙醇溶液超声溶解葛根滴丸中葛根素, 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)外标法测定葛根素含量,其中固定相为Kromasil C18,流动相为乙腈:水=10: 90,UV检测波长为250nm,流速为1mL／min,柱温为室温。结果:葛根素溶液浓度范围在10-200μg／mL时与其吸收值呈良好线性关系(r=0．999 8),平均回收率为100．76％,RSD=1．12％。结论:该法具有良好的准确性、精密性,方法简便,结果可靠。

Objective：To establish a HPLC method for determination of puerarin in radix puerariae dripping pills, Methods：The radix puerariae dripping pills were dissolved with 30% alcohol by ultrasonic wave. The puerarin was separated by Kromasil C18 analysis column. The mobile phase was composed of aeetonhrile ： water = 10 ： 90（V/V）. The flow rate of mobile phase was 1mL/min. The detection wavelength was U V 250nm. Results：There was a good linearity from 10 μg/mL to 200 μg/mL （r =0. 9998 ） in separation of puerarin. The average recovery was 100. 76% and the relative standard deviation 1.12% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple and fast, and the results are reliale.
