In the background of economic globalization, finance has become the core of economy, therefore the conversion and upgrade of economic structure must be backed by finance. The innovation of financial mechanism is the key to the fine-tune of Shanxi economic structure. This paper analyses the status quo and the limitations of innovation of financial mechanism in Shanxi and lucubrates the innovation and development strategically.
