摘要
为了提供油井的生产效率,根据钻井采油的实际情况,提出了一套石油割缝筛管的优化设计方法,其中包括基于砂桥形成原理的缝宽设计方法和以缝宽的最大允许变形为限制条件,以最大过流面积比率为优化目标的缝长设计方法,并推导出计算石油割缝筛管缝长的数学模型,给出了缝长优化设计的程序框图。
In order to improve productivity of oil well, a kind of optimization design method about slotted width and length are summarized in this paper .It includes: slotted width design method basted on sand bridge principle and slotted length design melhod based on maximum slotted density which are restricted by maximum allowed distortion. A mathematical model for slotted length calculation is established. Flow chart for slotted length calculation is listed.
