早期断奶应激（EWS）对仔猪影响的研究──仔猪断奶后应激性疾病（PWSD）的调查报告

A STUDY ON THE INFLUENCE OF EWS IN PIGLEL──The Investigation of PWSD

为了摸清ＰＷＳＤ在国内集约化养猪场的发生情况。作者在４个集约化猪场中，采用兽医临床常规方法，对６４０窝２８～３５日龄断奶的仔猪６３９４头，从断奶之日开始至６０日龄结束，进行了ＰＷＳＤ发病情况的调查，对患病和病死猪只，通过临床症状和病理剖检变化作出诊断。结果表明：（１）在４个养猪场的早期断奶仔猪群中，均有ＰＷＳＤ患猪发生，猪群发病率为１００％；群体发病率分别为７９．５０％，７３．１７％，７６．６０％和５４．２５％；群体死亡率分别为１５．０７％，１３．３２％，１２．６１％和１０．６０％。（２）共调查早期断奶仔猪６３９４头，ＰＷＳＤ患猪４２５１头，平均发病率为６６．４８％，死亡７８６头，平均死亡率为１２．３０％，存活５６０８头，平均存活率为８７．７０％。（３）主要ＰＷＳＤ有ＮＩＤ，ＷＤＳ，ＯＤＳ，ＷＳＳ，ＷＰＳ和ＴＢ－ＥＣＳ等６种。在调查的６３９４头仔猪中，ＮＩＤ和ＷＤＳ发生２９２４头（占４５．７３％），死亡４７３头（占７．３９％）；ＯＤＳ和ＷＳＳ发生３５９头（占５．６１％），死亡２７７头（占４．３３％），ＷＰＳ发生２８９头（占４．５２％），死亡２５头（占０．３９％）；ＴＢ－ＥＣＳ发生６７９头（占１０．６２％）．?

In order to find out PWSD in the intensive piggeries in China,using regular clinical waysthe authot have investigated the situation of PWSD in 6394 piglets of 6401 itters weaned on28～35 days in four intensive piggeries.From the day that the piglets were weaned to the daywhen the piglets were 60 days,the PWSD were diagnosed according to the clinical symptomsand pathological chenges in the sick and dead piglets.The resuIts were:(1) PWSD occurred ineach of the 4 piggeries.The herd incidence was 100%.The poulation incidence was79.50 %,73.17%,76.60% and 54.25%,respectively;the population mortality was15.07%,13.32%,12.61% and 10.60%,respectively,(2)4251 suffered fmm PWSD in the6394 weaned piglets,the incidence of PWSD was 66.48%.786 died in the 6 394 weanedpiglets,the mortality of PWSD was l2.30 %,(3)The main PWSD includes NID,WDS,ODS,WSS,WPSand TB-ECS;Among the 6394 weaned piglets,2924 got NID and WDS(45.73%),473 died(7.39%);359 got ODS and WSS(5.61%),277 died(4.33%);289got WPS(4.25%),25 died(0.39%);679 got TB-ECS(10.62%),11 died(0.17%).Thereasons,time,clinical symptoms and pathological changes of each kind of PWSD were de-scribed and discussed in this paper.
