摘要 磨削加工中,磨削液起着重要的作用。文中针对超高速磨削加工的特殊要求,分析研究了磨削液在高速加工中的作用机理及特性。通过磨削实验,验证了磨削液在提高工件质量和稳定工件尺寸方面具有的重要意义。 Grinding fluids plays an important role in grinding processing. Aiming at the special require of ultra-high speed grinding processing, the mechanisms and characteristics of grinding fluids, in uhra-high speed grinding processing is investigated, By experiment, the significance of grinding fluids on improving quality and stabilizing dimension of work pieces was validated.
