摘要
对家禽鸡蛋卵白及蛋壳光谱特性研究的结果表明,受精与未受精蛋卵白透光度光谱特性曲线上第一波谷谱值存在着显著差异,为分辨受精与未受精蛋提供了可能性。蛋壳透光度光谱特性曲线上存在着两个波峰,一个波谷,不同个体Ⅰ峰谱值分布较宽,Ⅱ峰及波谷谱值分布集中,蛋壳表面颜色对峰及谷谱值没有影响,蛋壳厚度及测试截面直径两因素对波峰谱值、波谷谱值存在着一定程度的影响。
The opitcal spectrum properties of the egg-white and egg shell of hen's eggs were studiedand the results were as follows:(1)The first wave troughvalues of optical spectrum propertycurve of the transparency of the egg-white of the fertilized eggs differed obviously from thoseof the non-fertilized eggs,which suggested the possibility of separation,(2)There were twowave crests and a wave trough in the optical spectrum property curve of transparency of the eggshell,the spectrum values of the first wave crest were dispersive and those of the second wavecrest and ware through were centrative for different individual.And the surface color of the eggshell had no influence upon the spectrum values of wave crest and wave trough,while two factors i.e.the egg shell thickness and the testing cross-section diametre had influence to a cer-talnextent.
