摘要
采用膨胀床气相硫化技术对加氢催化剂进行了器外预硫化研究。通过XRD、DTA、吡啶-TPD、TPR和SEM等技术对处理过的催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,XRD显示催化剂硫化后有新相生成,即金属硫化物,且随催化剂硫化度的增加,晶型越明显,处于高分散状态。TPR表明,金属硫化物是加氢活性中心,硫化后的催化剂酸强度增加,但总酸量减小。
Ex-site preaulfiding of hydrogenation catalysts was teated in an expanded bed reactor. The presulfided catalysts were characterized by XRD, DTA, pyridine-TPD, TPR and SEM. The results of XRD tearifled that there were metal sulfides on presulfided catalysts. With the increase of sulfur content, the crystal was more obvious and dispersive. The results of TPR indicated that metal sulfides were the hydrogenation centers,after presulfiding the acid strength of catalyst increased,but the total acid quantity reduced.
