摘要
用蒸馏水为萃取剂萃取出聚丙烯腈纤维中的DMSO,然后用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。测定的最佳线性浓度为:4.5× 10-10~1.6×10-9mol/L,DMSO最大吸收波长为208 nm, 检测限为1.9×10-9 mol/L,相关系数为0.999 8,相对标准偏差小于0.5%;与其它常用的测定方法相比,解决了从纤维中分离DMSO的难题,具有简便、快速、准确和低成本的特点。
Generally, quantifying the accurate amount of dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) in PAN fibers is a decisive step of studying on the formation mechanism based on system of PANDMSO-H20. Also, the remains of DMSO in PAN precursors had great effects on the fiber's structure, profile and properties during the process of oxidative " stabilisation". The determination of DMSO in PAN precursor plays an important role in the production of high-performance PAN precursor and PAN-based carbon fiber. There were many reports on the determination of DMSO, but most of them were time-consuming with complex operation and low precision, especially lack of practical interest in determination of DMSO in PAN precursors. Herein, we report an efficient, rapid and simple method for the analysis of the DMSO in PAN precursors by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.
