Application of on-line spilt filament detection system in PA66 FDY production

介绍了在线毛丝检测系统(Fraytec Mv)工作原理及其在PA66 FDY生产中的应用,并对其主要功能进行了分析评价。应用表明:Fraytec Mv可准确地检测出PA66 FDY丝饼内部的毛丝疵点,检测结果准确率达99％以上。其检测结果可取代外观检验,更全面的反映丝饼的内在质量,降低了劳动强度和生产成本。

The working principle and application of on-line filament detection system （Fraytec Mv） in PA66 FDY production were introduced. The principal function of the system was also analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that the Fraytec My can be used to detect the spilt filament inside PA66 FDY cake with the accuracy above 99%. This method can be applied instead of appearance detection to examine the internal quality of yarn cakes more completely and decrease the labor tensity and production cost.
