摘要
通过水稳定性试验,研究细集料泥土含量对沥青混合料水稳定性的影响.试验结果表明:细集料中泥土质量分数与泥土塑性指数对沥青混合料水稳定性影响显著;细集料泥土质量分数的临界值为2%,当超过2%时会明显降低混合料的抗水损害能力;随着细集料中泥土质量分数的增加与塑性指数的提高,沥青混合料水敏感性增强.通过使用沥青对细集料进行预处理和添加消石灰可以解决细集料泥土污染的问题.
The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of clay contaminated aggregate on water stability of asphalt mixture on the basis of a freeze-thaw split test. The test results indicate that clay dosage and plasticity index influence the water stability of asphalt mixture significantly. The threshold value of clay dosage of fine aggregate is 2 %. If the clay dosage exceeds 2 %, it will affect the water stability of asphalt mixture. Excessive and high plasticity index clay is detrimental to the asphalt mixture, making them susceptible to moisture damage. The use of precoated fine aggregate with normal asphalt and hydrated lime can solve the problem caused by the clay in fine aggregate.
