摘要 采用电解法对染料生产厂五种废水的脱色和化学需氧量ρCOD的去除效果进行了研究,分别探讨了电解持续时间、电流大小、pH值、阳极电流密度以及极板间距等对废水的色度及ρCOD去除效果的影响.结果表明,电解法对上海市某化工厂各类染料废水的预处理能取得很好的效果,脱色率均达到90%以上,且电解的时间越长,色度去除率越高.在酸性条件下,色度和ρCOD的处理效果更好,且通过试验找到了最佳极板间距为2 cm.阳极电流密度越小,处理效果越好. Five kinds of dye wastewater with high concentration were pretreated by electrolysis process. The influence of such factors as electrolysis time, current, current density, pH, and distance of electrode plates, were studied. The results indicate that the decolorization rate is higher than 90%. Long electrolysis time, acidity and small electric current of anode are in favor of removal of color and ρCOD. The optimum distance of electrode plates is about 2 cm.
