摘要
在机构运动分析的基础上,导出了精确分析悬架受力、刚度和阻尼特性的基本公式,给出了按选定的偏频和相对阻尼比确定扭杆刚度和减震器阻尼参数的设计步骤.以此为理论基础,开发出了简明实用的双横臂扭杆悬架系统刚度和阻尼参数非线性分析与设计软件.
Based on the kinematics analysis of the suspension mechanism, the formulas for analyzing the nonlinear characteristics of the force, rigidity and damping of the double wishbone suspension with torsion bar are accurately derived. According to partial frequency and relative damping ratio, a new design method for calculating the rigidity parameters of the torsion bar and damping parameters of the shock absorber is presented. Based on the above study, a useful software for analyzing and designing the rigidity and damping parameters of the suspension system is developed.
