油酸甲酯助剂对除草剂的增效作用及其对大豆苗期安全性测定 被引量:16

摘要 采用温室盆栽法测定了自制油酸甲酯助剂对3种大豆田常用除草剂稀禾啶、三氟羧草醚、精喹禾灵防除杂草的增效作用,并测定了该助剂分别与3种除草剂混用后对大豆苗期生长的影响。测定表明,油酸甲酯助剂对供试3种除草剂的药效均有显著的增效作用,其中对稀禾啶和三氟羧草醚药效的增效作用大于对精喹禾灵的增效作用;供试除草剂在低剂量使用时对其增效作用更明显。油酸甲酯助剂分别与供试3种除草剂混用后对大豆苗期生长均有一定的抑制作用,其中与稀禾啶混用安全性最高,精喹禾灵次之,三氟羧草醚较差。 The synergism of homemade Methyl oleate adjuvant on 3 herbicides, including sethoxydim, quizalofop-p and acifluorfen which were in common use in soybean fields, were tested by potting method in greenhouse. The effect of Methyl oleate adjuvant used with these 3 herbicides on soybean seedling were also measured. The results showed that the homemade Methyl oleate adjuvant had remarkable synergism on the 3 test herbicides. The synergism of the adjuvant on sethoxydim and acifluorfen were better than that on quizalofop-p, and when the test herbicides used in low dosage, the synergism was better thanthat in high dosage. When used with Methyl oleate adjuvant, all the 3 herbicides had some adverse effect on soybean seedling, among them sethoxydim were the safest, and acifluorfen were the most unsafe.
