健康促进对减少护士针刺伤的研究

Study of Health Promotion on Reducing Needle' s Sticks Injuries of Nurses

目的研究健康教育对减少护士针刺伤的影响。方法对照分析、评价300名护士在健康教育前后的自我防护措施的落实情况。结果健康教育明显提高了护士对预防针刺伤的知识水平,使导致各种针刺伤的不良行为明显减少,而且提高了护士的自我保护意识。结论在护士中实施健康促进,能提高护士的自我防护意识,达到自觉改正不良行为,主动采取有效的防护措施,从根本上减少针刺伤的发生。

Objective To investigate the influence of health promotion to reduce needle＇s sticks injuries of nurses. Methods 300 nurses were estimated and analyzed the fulfilled condition of self - defence measure fore-and-aft health education. Results After the health education, all the nurses improved the knowledge on prevention of needle injury and reduced various bad behavior to induce needle injury. Further more, all the nurses improved the consciousness of self-defence. Conclusion To put health promotion in practice in nurses can improve their consciousness of self-defence. In this way, they can rectify bad behavior consciously, and adopt effective defence measure on their own initiative. Via the health promotion , we can reduce the incidence of needle＇s sticks injuries of nurses radically.
