摘要
根据变压器在短路阻抗等于负载阻抗时输出功率最大这一原理,用可编程控制器控制,调节负载阻抗(电弧)之大小,使熔炼过程尽量保持在阻抗匹配的最佳状态,缩短高耗能时期,达到节能目的。
Based on the principle that the transformer produces the maximum output in the case of the short-circuit resistance being equal to the load resistance,the proframmable controller is used to control and regulate the amount of the load resistance and keep the melting process in the optimum state of resistance-matching so as to shorten the period of highly-consumed energy and reach the power-saving purpose.
