摘要
利用FLUENT软件对SHG-II-Z型除尘脱硫装置内粉尘、液滴的运动轨迹进行了数值模拟。在计算中选择RNG k-ε湍流模型及离散相模型,数值计算采用SIMPLEC算法。计算结果表明固体颗粒直径及入射方式、液滴直径及喷射方式对除尘脱硫效率有较大影响,其结果对设备运行和设备的优化设计有一定的指导意义。
The movement tracks of droplet and particle in the SHG- Ⅱ- Z scrubber is simulated by using FLUENT package . The calculation is based on RNGk - ε turbulent model and discrete phase model, SIMPLEC algorithm is used in the simulation. The results show that diameter and injection type of the particles and diameter and injection type of the droplets have great effect on desulfurization efficiency, the numerical results are of great significance for optimum design of the scrubber.
