摘要
复杂性科学是研究复杂系统行为与性质的科学.当前管理模式面临复杂性的挑战.把复杂性科学引入组织管理是适应当今经济和社会发展的需要,也有助于在更深的层次上和更广的范围内洞察管理问题.本文讨论了几种典型的复杂性管理模式.
The sciences of complexity study the properties and behavior of complex systems. Current management patterns are challenged by complexity. The sciences of complexity are introduced into organization management in order to fit in with the needs of contemporary economic growth and social development. They can help explore management issues at a deeper level and in a broader scope. A number of typical complexity management patterns are introduced in this paper.
