摘要
通过文献分析和对28名竞技运动教练员进行半结构化的访谈,发现影响竞技运动教练员工作倦怠的工作特征因素包括角色冲突和角色模糊,工作任务过重,工作时间太长,长期不能和家人生活在一起,缺少领导和同事的支持,工作中的人际消耗与冲突,缺乏自主,缺少资源,工作时间模糊等。
Based on the half- - structural communication with the 28 sports coaches in China and documentary analysis, it was found that the following factors played an important role in contributing to job burnout of the coaches. Those factors include role conflict and role ambiguity, overload work, unfixed as well as too long working hours, lack of family get - together and the support from their leaders and colleagues, interpersonal relationship conflict, inadequate in independence and resources and so on.
